An evening of rest and learning.
“Silence is self-empathy” -Judith Lasater
Join us for an evening of restorative yoga, breathwork, yoga philosophy, and connection through stillness.
Throughout the evening you'll experience restorative postures fully supported with props, reflective journaling, and moments of quiet that allow your body to settle in ways that everyday life rarely allows.
We'll explore the yogic teachings of Aparigraha (letting go of what we no longer need to hold) and Santosha (finding contentment in the present moment) as living practices that can transform how we move through our daily lives.
Together we'll explore:
• Why rest can feel surprisingly difficult
• How stress and busyness shape the nervous system
• Ancient yoga philosophy on contentment and letting go
• Breath practices that invite ease into the body
• Restorative yoga to support deep release
• Guided journaling and reflection
• Space to simply receive
