The Sisterhood Method™

The Sisterhood Method is a 5-week experience designed to help women rebuild the muscles of connection. Through circle practice, synchronized breathing, somatic release, restorative yoga, and honest conversation, you'll learn a different way of relating to yourself and others.

July 13: Oxytocin

A Practice of Connection in an Increasingly Disconnected World

What happens when women gather?

We'll explore the science and experience of connection through movement, breath, and shared presence. Together we'll discover how belonging, support, and authentic relationships help create joy and love.

July 20: Circle Medicine

Connection Through Witnessing and Speaking Truth

There is power in being seen and heard without judgment.

This week is an invitation to practice listening deeply and speaking honestly. We will discover the healing that happens when women witness one another with compassion and curiosity.

Week 3: Wild Nervous System

Restoring Regulation Through Shaking, Bouncing and Intuitive Movement

Beneath the stress and constant demands of modern life lives a wise and instinctive nervous system.

Through somatic movement, restorative practices, and discussion, we'll explore how to cultivate regulation, healthy boundaries, embodied safety, and a deeper trust in our natural instincts.

Week 4: Body of Women

Honoring the Female Body's Design

Women's bodies have unique rhythms, needs, and wisdom.

This week offers an exploration of female physiology, hormones, nervous system health, and the changing seasons of a woman's life. Together we'll cultivate greater body literacy and appreciation for the body we live in.

Week 5: The Village

Remembering We Belong to One Another

For most of human history, women gathered.

They shared resources, supported one another, celebrated together, and carried life's challenges collectively. In our final week, we'll explore what it means to rebuild community and remember the strength that comes from connection and sisterhood.
