As a yoga instructor for nearly 20 years, Leslee has deep training in yoga approaches for menopause, which helped her tremendously as she navigated her own life stage transitions. She focuses not on what is lost, but rather what is gained in these inevitable shifts, sharing clinical research and anecdotal evidence with a sense of humor and effective results. A sharper wisdom and power is possible and techniques and tools shared are a game changer for women at these various stages.
