8-week pass: SIGN UP HEREGentle Yoga is a slow, nourishing practice designed to help you move with more ease, awareness, and trust in your body. This series weaves together gentle, mindful movement with deep, conscious breathing to build body intelligence and support sustainable change.
Classes emphasize listening—feeling where movement is restricted and exploring new, supportive ways of moving. Rather than pushing or forcing, we work with curiosity and care, inviting the body to release habits and patterns that no longer serve us.
We begin close to the ground, focusing on the pelvis to increase mobility, stability, and embodied awareness. From there, we gradually transition into standing postures that gently challenge balance and build functional strength, always with options to meet your body where it is.
Each class concludes with a deeply restful savasana accompanied by the soothing vibrations of a sound bowl, allowing the body and nervous system to fully integrate the practice.
This class is accessible, grounding, and supportive—ideal for anyone seeking a thoughtful, therapeutic approach to yoga that honors the body’s wisdom and natural pace.

Somatic Woman is an 8-week journey into embodied release and resilience. This series offers a safe, welcoming space for women of all ages and stages to move in ways that support deep letting go—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Through intuitive practices such as dancing, bouncing, shaking, long exhales, and mindful pauses, we invite the nervous system to reset and settle. These movements are simple yet powerful, helping release stagnant energy and emotions that the body has been holding—sometimes without words.
Each class is guided with care, honoring choice, rest, and your body’s natural rhythms. Over time, you’ll build not only functional strength in your muscles, but also steadiness and trust in your mind and inner wisdom.

Beyond movement, this class offers space for connection—an opportunity to be seen, supported, and held in community during this transformative season.

This class invites the mind to settle beyond effort and distraction, cultivating presence within sensation—including moments of discomfort.
Through longer holds, slower transitions, and intentional pauses, we explore expanded states of awareness and consciousness. Yoga philosophy is woven throughout the practice, offering space for integration and inner inquiry.
This is a practice of refinement rather than intensity—where patience and steadiness open the door to clarity and depth on and beyond the mat.
