Toni will guide a slow, gentle yoga practice with plenty of time to breathe, feel, soften, and listen to your body.
We’ll take our time getting to know ourselves through deep listening within while being held by immersive sound.
Angela Hassan, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and devotional artist, will carry us into a meditative sound journey through music. Angela has a beautiful way of making music feel like prayer. Something you don’t have to understand. Something you can simply lie down and receive.

About Toni
Toni has been teaching yoga for more than a decade, but what she’s most interested in these days is holding space for women to truly feel their bodies.
Her teaching is slow, curious, embodied, and deeply rooted in the belief that our bodies are wise. She weaves together gentle and restorative yoga, breath, somatic movement, nervous system awareness, and the occasional invitation to get a little wild. Her classes make room for the whole woman: tired, strong, angry, tender, changing, joyful, messy, alive.
Her own relationship with yoga has carried her through athletics, motherhood, birth, injury, recovery, and the many versions of herself she has met along the way. Alongside her work as a yoga teacher, Toni has spent years supporting women as a birth and postpartum doula and facilitating women’s circles-experiences that have profoundly shaped the way she teaches.
Toni founded Yoga Sisterhood in Geneva, NY, to create the kind of space she wanted to practice in herself: a place where women come to return back to their true selves.
