The Core of the Floor

Through education, breath, and mindful movement, we’ll gently unpack what it really means to “engage the core” and reconnect with the pelvic floor—the true foundation of our center.

You’ll learn how to sense subtle muscular activity, coordinate breath and support, and build a relationship with this often-overlooked part of the body. Increased awareness here can ease pain, reduce urgency and pressure, and prevent leakage—now and for years to come.

Join this class if you notice leaking with a sneeze, discomfort with sex, a constant pull toward the bathroom—or if you simply want to feel strong, supported, and confident in your body for the long haul.
