Rooted in the PELVIS
Spring Equinox Yoga + Acupuncture Ritual
March 21
1-2:30pm
$60
Spring Equinox is a moment of balance—equal light and dark.
And in the body, that balance begins in the pelvis.
The pelvis is our root: home of the first chakra, where safety, survival, creativity, desire, pleasure, and power live.
We will let our energy unfold naturally as Yang Qi begins to rise.
We won’t rush. We won’t force.
A Moment of Balance
This Spring Equinox gathering blends:
• Gentle Yoga
• Qi Gong
• Acupuncture in supported savasana
• Guided journaling
• Community ritual
This is grounding first — so what blooms is honest, sustainable, and deeply yours.
You’ll Be Guided To:
• Root through the pelvis and feet with a blend of Yoga & Qi Gong
• Create safety in the body before expansion
• Allow emotions to move
• Receive acupuncture to harmonize yin & yang
• Journal what is ready to be released — and what is ready to rise
This is not a performance.
This is not hustle-energy spring.
This is a slow, intentional bloom —
held in community
and guided by the body’s inner knowing.
