Level 2 Yoga is an advanced practice for students with prior yoga experience who are ready to deepen their relationship with stillness. This class invites the mind to settle beyond effort and distraction, cultivating presence within sensation—including moments of discomfort.

Through longer holds, slower transitions, and intentional pauses, we explore expanded states of awareness and consciousness. Yoga philosophy is woven throughout the practice, offering space for integration and inner inquiry.

This is a practice of refinement rather than intensity—where patience and steadiness open the door to clarity and depth on and beyond the mat.
