Gentle Yoga 4-week series

This series combines slow gentle movements with deep conscious breathing. We focus on a practice that allows us to experience our movement restrictions and build body intelligence by moving to correct the habits that no longer serve us.

We get comfortable moving from the pelvis to increase mobility and awareness. We move to standing postures to challenge our balance and strength. And we finish the class with a restful savasana and sound bowl.

Restorative postures and breath work incorporated.
