This Winter Solstice

Step into a sanctuary of calm where ancient healing meets restorative yoga and breathwork.
This unique experience blends gentle restorative yoga, therapeutic acupuncture and live sound healing under the soft glow of candlelight.

December 21, 2025
4-5:30pm at Temple Beth-El in Geneva

During the darkest time of the year, we will take the opportunity to dial down our sympathetic nervous system and increase our body’s inner healing ability. So much of our lives are spent pushing through challenges and while this can be good in the moment, human beings require time to rest, repair and restore. Restore what? Your body: your organs, your fascia, your systems, your Chi, your vitality.

What can I expect?

Toni will guide you through some vibrational breathwork to sooth your nervous system and bring you into presence.
Your body will be guided to unwind and melt into supported yoga postures, while Sarah explains…

Ending in a dreamy 25-minute savasana, Sarah will insert needles in specific acupuncture points that will help address…..

Savasana flows with the resonance of crystal bowls, chimes and soothing tones- guiding you into a state of deep rest and renewal.

Perfect for anyone seeking to reset the nervous system,
ease stress, and to be more untune with the winter season.
